A complete replacement of the default Oblivion leveling system. This mod allows you to play the game without worrying about micromanaging the attribute multipliers you get on level up or the amount of health you get because of endurance. It is fully customizable for many differerent leveling syles including choices for:

Major Skill Leveling
Specicilization Skill Leveling
Attribute Leveling
Luck Computation : :
Luck will Never change.
Luck based on average of all other attributes
Luck will raise 0, 1, or 2 points when you level.
Luck will raise -1, 0, 1, or 2 points when you level.
Attribute Gains : :
Pwergamer mode allowing all attributes to be maxed
Classic mode allowing 3-4 attributes to be maxed

An upcoming mod for oblivion that will add a fully fully functioning martial arts component to the game, including:
3 Martial Arts Styles : :
Orcish Brawling
(Strong offense, no penalties for heavy armor)
Khajit Tooth & Claw
(Balanced with strong power attacks and no penalty for light armor)
Ayleid Deathdance
(Extreme defense, powerful "reversal" moves, unarmored only)
Advancement : :
Player may earn up to 5 belt levels by completing belt quests
Player may compete in Supreme Championship between the 3 dojos
Each belt level will unlock new powers and allow a higher % of the damage being done to be magic damage (similar to enchanted weapons)
Unarmored Skill : :
Khajit Tooth & Claw & Ayelid Deathdance will have a fully functioning unarmored defense based on hand-to-hand and acrobatics skills
Blocking : :
Gauntlets and other hand weapons will be usable with the block skill
